Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives with a major defect or is significantly not as described, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery receipt.

To lodge a claim, customers must provide:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos and/or videos where applicable
  • Proof of delivery and receipt

Claims submitted outside of the 24-hour period may not be accepted. All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
