All orders are shipped complimentary and fully insured for the full value of the item.

• Metro Areas: Orders are dispatched via overnight delivery on the next available shipping window following receipt of cleared funds.
  
• Rural & Regional Areas: Delivery timeframes are typically between 2–4 business days from dispatch.
  

We primarily use FedEx Overnight for Australia-wide deliveries, with DHL Express utilised where required for selected domestic shipments.

Every watch is securely packaged and fully insured under our Jeweller’s Block insurance policy to ensure safe, secure, and reliable delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives with a major defect or is significantly not as described, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery receipt.

To lodge a claim, customers must provide:

• A detailed description of the issue
  
• Clear photos and/or videos where applicable
  
• Proof of delivery and receipt
  

Claims submitted outside of the 24-hour period may not be accepted. All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
